JOSH DILLON

Josh is one of, if not the most talented amateur rider in the country. He is a dependable tough-race rider who will find any way to win any race. An unselfish teammate, this is Josh's sixth year with the program.

2009 Tour de Quebec - 1st Overall GC and Stage 4 winner

Tour of the Battenkill - 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th since 2006

2006 Tour of Shenandoah - Stage 4 winner (172km queen stage)

First Race Experience: 2000 mountain bike race at Sugarbush. I was talked into it by my college ski teammate, Scott Fleckenstein.

STEVE WELLER

Steve returns for his forth year with the team after a successful 2010 season.  In 2011, Steve looks forward to traveling and racing with his teammates, and will be hunting for results at some of New England's classic races. Steve runs a top-notch coaching company is western Massachusetts named BellLap Coaching.

ALISTER RATCLIFF

Alister learned a lot about racing the bigger and better races of the calendar with the talented 2010 team and he is excited for a new year and plans to make an impact at several levels, including racing with Fort Lewis College during the collegiate season. In particular, Alister hope to improve upon his 5th place at the 2010 U23 National Time Trial Championships in Bend, OR.

THOM COUPE

Thom joins the team for his third year and is very excited about racing a full NRC schedule. In 2010, he finished his exercise science degree at UNH and lives in New Hampshire.

How did you get into racing: Started biking in high school to get in shape for Hockey. Made up my mind that I wanted to be a pro cyclist after watching ET. You know the scene with ET Phone Home riding that bike with the basket into outer-space? Ya, that hooked me.

Favorite Race: Prep-school Holderness race up to Waterville Valley. That and the 7th grade mile run.

PETER HURST

Peter in new to the BRC program in 2011. He lives in CT and is a strong all around rider who is dedicated to making it to the next level of this sport.

Max joins team BRC from Pennsylvania where he is a student UPenn. Max is a talented time trialist and all around rider. He is looking forward to a racing a full NRC schedule and excited to be a part of a close-knit team.
